Great news at Medallia this week! Our dedicated solution for the insurance sector – Medallia Best Practice Package (BPP) for Insurance – has been named the winner of the Technology Innovation category at the prestigious UK Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards 2018! The awards judges, comprised of leaders in the insurance world, said that Medallia’s solution offered ”A well-integrated customer service proposition that is sweet and simple”.
Medallia’s platform has already received several award nods this year, including those from The British Insurance Awards and the Claims Awards.
